Boxing and Boxfit classes are excellent for getting fit and toned.
The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring. We cater for the boxfit members in the boxing class as well, when the boxing class does sparring they will be split up from the general class.
Where as the boxfit class is geared more to fitness conditioning.
Boxing will increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.
What do you get?
Classes are an hour long. 20 - 30 min warmups and then techniques, bagwork, padwork, partner drills and techniques.
Free bonus Saturday morning open class.
Our Boxing class times are Tuesday and Thursdays at 17:30 and Saturday morning bonus open class is at 07:30.
Our boxing classes membership starts at R750pm plus a R350 once off joining fee and goes up depending on packages or extra classes.
