Step into a Cardio Kickboxing workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Your coach will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Cardio kickboxing is our ultimate warrior workout to develop co-ordination and release stress. Destroy calories as you learn to punch, kick, block and strike. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group.

Our Cardio Kickboxing class times are Mondays and Wednesdays at 18:30 and Saturday morning bonus open class is at 07:30.
Our cardio kickboxing classes membership starts at R750pm plus a R350 once off joining fee and goes up depending on packages or extra classes. Or as an addon to a current membership with be R350pm.
