About Our Functional Fitness Classes

At Warrior Sports, we offer Functional Fitness classes designed for participants aged 12+ years old - adults. Our classes focus on functional movements and exercises that improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, helping you perform better in everyday activities and sports. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, get fitter and stronger, we've got you covered.

Class Schedule:

  • Early Morning Classes:

    • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 6:00 AM

  • Afternoon/Evening Classes:

    • Monday to Thursday: 16:30, 17:30, and 18:30

  • Bonus Saturday Morning Class:

    • Saturday: 7:30 AM

Membership Packages

Silver (3 Classes/Week)

  • Includes: 2 weekday classes plus the Saturday morning Functional Fitness class.

  • Cost: R1000/month (60-day notice contract) OR R850/month (12-month contract).

Gold (5 Classes/Week)

  • Includes: 4 weekday classes plus the Saturday morning Functional Fitness class.

  • Cost: R1400/month (60-day notice contract) OR R1250/month (12-month contract).

Platinum (Unlimited Classes)

  • Access to: All classes in any style, including Functional Fitness.

  • Cost: R1800/month (60-day notice contract) OR R1650/month (12-month contract).


  • 2 Family Members: 5% discount off total fee.

  • 3+ Family Members: 10% discount off total fee.

  • Students with Valid Student Cards: 10% discount.

Contract Terms:

  • Joining Fee: R350/person (family discounts available).

  • Payment: First month's fees payable upfront by cash, EFT, or card. Subsequent payments by debit order only.

  • 60-Day Notice: Requires 60 days written notice for cancellation.

  • 12-Month Contract: Early cancellation incurs a fee of 60 days notice plus repayment of previous discounted rates.
