Functional fitness

Functional fitness training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level.

It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements.
Functional training has a purpose and translates to an activity beyond your workout. Improve core strength, balance, and cardiovascular health, as well as promote relaxation. Functional training is a workout for the muscles and the mind.

Flex (Crossfit)

A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

Muaythai

Practicing Muaythai is a vigorous workout and produces tremendous cardiovascular endurance. It includes running, skipping, shadow-boxing, pad work and heavy bag work.

Kickboxing

A kick boxing workout routine is a great way of staying in shape and toughening up for life. Kickboxing is not just for martial arts experts. Any person can benefit from going for a kickboxing workout routine even if they do not intend to compete in actual kickboxing tournaments.

Boxing / Boxfit

The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring. We cater for the boxfit members in the boxing class as well, where when the boxing class does sparring they will be split up from the general class.

Brazilian Jiujitsu

BJJ is based on the technique that immobilizes the opponent. It teaches joint locks, chokeholds, and the art to beat an opponent having more physical prowess. BJJ is considered to have the best self-defence techniques in the world

8 week transformation challenge

8 week transformation challenge. Includes a full body assessment and functional movement screening. Full nutrition program with a nutrition coach with weekly workshops to keep you on track and motivated. Inbody scale measurements and full access to any of our classes for the duration of the 8 weeks.
