What we offer

We have various membership options help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Membership Packages:

Silver (3 Classes/week)

  • 1 Style/Class

  • 2 weekday classes

  • Saturday morning Padwork & sparring class (martial arts) OR Functional Fitness class

  • R1000/month on 60 day notice contract

  • R850/month on 12 month contract

Silver (5 Classes/week)

  • 4 weekday classes

  • Saturday morning class

  • 1 style (4x/week) OR 2 styles

  • R1400/month on 60 day notice contract

  • R1250/month on 12 month contract


  • Unlimited classes in any styles

  • Martial arts and Functional Fitness

  • R1800/month on 60 day notice contract

  • R1650/month on 12 month contract

Contract Terms:

  • Joining fee of R350/person (family discounts apply)

  • First month's fees payable upfront by cash, EFT, or card

  • Thereafter, debit order payments only

  • 60 Day Notice - 60 days written notice required for cancellation

  • 12 Month - 12 month commitment, early cancellation fee of 60 days notice plus previous discounted rates

Class times

Monday Wed & Friday 6:00 - 7:00.

Monday - Thursday 16:30, 17:30 and 18:30.

Saturday open class 7:30 - 8:30.
