WHO IS MMA FOR?

Kids & Teens Ages 7+

Our mixed-age MMA classes introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of striking and grappling in a safe, structured environment.

Mixed Class (Ages 7+): 60-minute classes

Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 16:30

Skill-based grouping during training ensures that each child trains at an appropriate level.

Your child will learn:

  • Basic striking (punches, kicks)

  • Takedowns and grappling fundamentals

  • Ground control and submission basics

  • Discipline, respect, and mental toughness

Teens & Adults (Ages 13+)

For teens and adults looking to take their training to the next level, our advanced MMA classes combine striking and grappling in a high-intensity, coach-led format.

Teens & Adults (13+): 60-minute classes

Schedule:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 18:30

You will learn:

  • Advanced striking combinations (Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing)

  • Wrestling and takedown techniques

  • Ground fighting and submission grappling

  • Fight strategy and mental conditioning

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN MMA

Striking

Master the full range of striking techniques:

  • Punches (jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts)

  • Kicks (front kicks, roundhouses, side kicks, leg kicks)

  • Elbows and knees (close-range devastation)

  • Footwork and angles

Grappling & Wrestling

Develop takedown and ground control skills:

  • Takedowns (single-leg, double-leg, body lock)

  • Ground positioning (mount, side control, guard)

  • Submissions (armbars, chokes, leg locks)

  • Defensive techniques (escapes, sweeps)

Fight Strategy

How to Book Your Free Trial Class:

  1. Book online: Choose a day and time that fits your schedule.

  2. Arrive 10-15 minutes early: Meet your coach and get settled in.

  3. Train: Experience a structured MMA class tailored to your skill level.

  4. Sign up if you love it: No pressure – just real coaching and real results.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothes to move in (rashguard or fitted shirt recommended)

  • Waterbottle

  • Gloves and any grappling gear will be provided for the trial

(You can buy the official uniform, gloves, and grappling gear from the gym shop when you sign up.)
