We offer classes for those who wish to compete or just for recreation and fitness. From club level tournaments to international level World Championships with WTKA.
Our Classes include BJJ, Wrestling, Muaythia and boxing. Our ground work (Bjj) is run by Rio Grappling with Jurgen putter. If you are going to be doing the BJJ classes please note that you will have to get a Gi as we do Gi grappling and you will be able to do the BJJ Gradings too.
