About Our Boxing / Boxfit Classes

At Warrior Sports, we offer Boxing / Boxfit classes suitable for participants aged 12 and above. Whether you're looking to learn the art of boxing or simply want to get a great workout in a fun and supportive environment, our classes cater to all levels and preferences.

Class Schedule:

  • Boxing / Boxfit Classes (Ages 12+):

    • Tuesday and Thursday: 18:30

  • Saturday Sparring and Padwork Class:

    • Saturday: 7:30 AM

What to Expect:

Our classes provide a dynamic and engaging workout experience that includes elements of traditional boxing techniques and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) commonly found in boxfit classes.

  • Technical Boxing Training: Learn proper boxing techniques including punches, footwork, defensive maneuvers, and combinations.

  • Padwork and Bag Drills: Improve your speed, power, and accuracy through focused padwork drills and heavy bag training.

  • Conditioning and Cardio: Boost your cardiovascular fitness and stamina with high-energy workouts designed to torch calories and build endurance.

  • Sparring (Optional): For those interested in real boxing experience, we offer controlled sparring sessions to practice your skills in a safe and supervised environment.

  • Boxfit Option: If sparring isn't your thing, our boxfit classes offer a non-contact alternative focused on boxing-inspired exercises and cardio routines.

Discounts

  • 2 Family members 5% discount off total fee.

  • 3+ Family members 10% discount off total fee.

  • Students with valid student cards 10% discount.

Silver (3 Classes/Week)

  • Includes: 2 weekday classes plus the Saturday morning padwork & sparring class (martial arts) OR Functional Fitness class.

  • Cost: R850/month (12-month contract) or R1000/month (60-day notice contract)

Silver (5 Classes/Week)

  • Includes: 4 weekday classes plus the Saturday morning 7:30 class.

  • Options: 1 style (4x/week) OR 2 styles (2 different classes).

  • Cost: R1250/month (12-month contract) or R1400/month (60-day notice contract) .

Platinum (Unlimited Classes)

  • Access to: All classes in any style, including Martial Arts and Functional Fitness.

  • Cost: R1650/month (12-month contract) or R1800/month (60-day notice contract).

Contract Terms:

  • Joining Fee: R350/person (family discounts available).

  • Payment: First month's fees payable upfront by cash, EFT, or card. Subsequent payments by debit order only.

  • 60-Day Notice: Requires 60 days written notice for cancellation.

  • 12-Month Contract: Early cancellation incurs a fee of 60 days notice plus repayment of previous discounted rates.
