Both the boxing and Boxfit classes are excellent for getting fit and toned.
The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring. We cater for the boxfit members in the boxing class as well, where when the boxing class does sparring they will be split up from the general class.
Where as the boxfit class is geared more to fitness conditioning.
Boxing will increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.
For those interested in competing, theres fighters training as well.
