Boxing Classes at Warrior Sports

Boxing is one of the best ways to improve your fitness, sharpen your reflexes, and develop self-defence skills. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to take your training further, our boxing classes are designed to give you a full-body workout while teaching proper technique in a safe, structured environment.

Class Schedule
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays – 18:30 (Ages 12+)

  • Saturdays – 07:00–08:30 (Fitness, Padwork & Sparring)

What You’ll Learn
  • Correct stance, guard, and footwork

  • Punching techniques: jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts

  • Padwork combinations for speed, power, and accuracy

  • Bagwork drills to build endurance and rhythm

  • Defence skills: slipping, blocking, and counter-punching

  • Sparring practice (optional, supervised, and controlled)
