Boxing and Boxfit
Both the boxing and Boxfit classes are excellent for getting fit and toned.
The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring.
Where as the boxfit class is geared more to fitness conditioning.
Boxfit is designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.
