Mission

Boxing and Boxfit classes are excellent for getting fit and toned.

The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring. We cater for the boxfit members in the boxing class as well, when the boxing class does sparring they will be split up from the general class.

Where as the boxfit class is geared more to fitness conditioning.

Boxing will increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work  and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.

What do you get?

  • Classes are an hour long that include warmups, boxing techniques, bagwork, padwork, partner drills and sparring for people who want to spar, but the class is split for members who do not want to do contact sparring.

  • Free bonus Saturday morning open class.

  • Our Boxing class times are Tuesday and Thursdays at 18:30 and Saturday morning bonus open class is at 07:30.

  • We do not compete in boxing, only Muaythai and kickboxing. We do however attend some white collar boxing events.

Saturday morning open Mat class 7:30

Once off joining fee of R350.

Cost R750pm (2 x classes per week plus Saturday open mat).

Boxing Add on 

Add Boxing 2 x per week to another option for R400

Open Gym - If you want to use the facility on your own without attending classes. R550pm or R400 as an addon.
