Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the most effective martial arts in the world for self-defence and grappling. Known as “the gentle art,” BJJ focuses on using leverage, technique, and strategy rather than strength, making it suitable for everyone regardless of size or fitness level. At Warrior Sports, our adult BJJ program teaches practical skills in a safe, structured environment where beginners and advanced students can train side by side.

What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on ground fighting and submission holds. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique.
