HOW THE FREE TRIAL WORKS
Step 1: Book Online
Choose your child's age group and preferred style:
Kickboxing From 4+
Muaythai From 4+
MMA From 7+
BJJ From 13+
Boxing From 12+
Select a day and time that works for your family.
Step 2: Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early
Christelle will greet you in reception and check you in and bring you through to the coach for your free trial class.
No pressure. No hard sell.
The focus stays on your child's experience.
Step 3: Your Child Trains
Ages 4-6: 45 minutes
Ages 7-13: 60 minutes
They'll learn: Basic punches, kicks, or grappling (depending on style) Footwork and balance Listening and responding to commands.
Discipline and respect No head contact. No sparring until they are ready. No intimidation.
Just a safe, structured class where they're seen, guided, and challenged.
Step 4:
You Watch (Or Train Yourself) Parents watch from the side during kids classes.
Or, if there's an adult class at the same time, you can train while they train.
